For the final season of Rådebank, we continued our long-standing collaboration with Fenomen and NRK. As with the previous two seasons, the focus was on the car culture and social environment of Bø, which meant a heavy workload of driving sequences. We handled all of these shots using the Radical Arm, while the aerials were captured using the DJI Inspire 3.
Three Seasons of Driving and Aerials Our involvement throughout the entire series allowed us to maintain a consistent visual style for the car-heavy production. By using the Radical arm for the ground-level action and the Inspire 3 for the landscapes, we could move quickly between setups. This final season was a great way to wrap up the project, combining all our tools—from the pursuit vehicle to the heavy-lift drone—to deliver a memorable ending for the fans.
The Final One-Take Sequence For the series' closing shot, we planned and executed a complex "one-take" sequence using the Freefly Alta X and Movi Pro gimbal. The shot started inside the car during a driving scene, capturing the intimate final moments of the characters. As the car came to a stop, the gimbal was moved out of the vehicle and attached to the Alta X. The drone then took off, flying out into a big wide sunset to close the chapter on three successful seasons.
